Free Updates
From time to time, there are be updates to the FAF software application. These may be in the form of a new function, a new form, or new report. As with the development of the FAF from its inception, these will be added based on feedback from users. Most upgrades will be free of charge; these free upgrades can be accessed via download here.

FAF Express to FAF Pro
If you currently have FAF Express and would like to upgrade to FAF Pro, he cost for this upgrade is $300. Please complete and submit an order form via fax at 213-343-0200 or by mail to:

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a new license number and instructions for installation.

Additional Upgrades
Some major upgrades, such as the ability add customized factors and items to your agency's FAF Software, may require an upgrade fee due to the larger expense of the investment required to create the new software capabilities.
